By using our website or these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site is not medical advice

The content on this website is for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified eye care professional, and reading it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Pricing, promotions and financing

Prices, promotions and financing options shown on our website or in our advertising are subject to change without notice. Promotions are subject to the terms stated in the offer, have stated end dates, and cannot be combined with other offers unless the offer says otherwise. Your final cost depends on your consultation and the treatment plan recommended for you. Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms.

Online scheduling and contact forms

When you request or book an appointment online, you agree to provide accurate information. An appointment request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us, and we may contact you to adjust or reschedule it. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

Text messages and phone calls

If you give us your mobile number through our website, a form, chat or in person, you agree that Clear Vision Center may contact you by phone call and text message about your inquiry, appointments, care and related offers, including messages sent with automated technology.
