Book LASIK Consultation

A LASIK consultation is a no-obligation visit where you will find out if you are a candidate for ANY vision correction procedure! As part of the consult, you will meeting with our doctor to discuss if you are a candidate for LASIK, SMILE, PRK, the EVO ICL implantable contact, or one of our other vision correction options. We recommend (but don’t require) that you stay out of your contacts for one week prior to the consult, and please bring a copy of your most recent glasses and contacts prescriptions with you.
